I have PoTS and hypermobility so there an increased likelihood I have some kind of neurodiversity/brain disorder/whateverelseyouwanttocallit, only just got the PoTS diagnosis early this year but military healthcare is slow :\
My medical shit aside:
A. I (and I think all/most of us) were (mostly) joking (...at least until you called us "...Autistic Fat Boys")
B. VN's are viewer insert stories by default and thus are generally better if you like and can identify with the mc's struggles
C. Sure you can make the argument we're all "...Autistic Fat Boys", but even if you take that for granted you're still missing the likeability aspect, no one (in their right mind) likes being a fat'n'lazy fuck (neurodiversity/autistic/whateverelseyouwanttocallit is a whole other convo we don't need to have), so a more fitting story for "us" would be "Become a Normal and/or Badass Healthy/Fit Boy"... in other words "Become *Something Cool/Fun/Better than you are at the start/IRL*", AKA definitely and in no uncertain terms, and in no way shape or form, or under any circumstances or conditions French

I very rarely laugh at others jokes but this one got me I'll admit.
I was in France last September and I was taking the train from Melun to Paris after visiting an airshow. I remember smelling a sweet smell and I was thinking "WTF is that" and turned around and an attractive French woman was deciding to paint her toenails in the train. I thought she must've had a hot date later that night.
