Agreed. Intertwined is the only game that gets this right. It allows you to develop completely platonic friendships without pursuing them sexually.

BaDIK too. I love the fact that you can have friendly moments with girls you rejected romantically or didn't pursue.

But most devs of those games seem to think we don't care about girls if we don't want to fuck them. Though it's also more work to develop a friend path in addition to a lover path

Replaying the game and have to say it feels like Chris should have been there even if she isn't who the Author MC ended up with... She was friends with everyone involved and, supposedly, one of the four musketeers. I chose her over all the new shiny girls that were in the first game because I'm a sucker for people ending up with their best friends (redheads come second). Anyway, looking forward to getting into the new content in the 3rd update.
