I'm downloading it today myself and according to previous posts, the main DL is already fully pre-patched. I suspect given the new Tsui no Sora patch many people will be getting into Subahibi recently.

I just finished the game, but I can't find the Knockin’ on Heavens Door extra chapter. Seems to be missing or I missed something (Gallery and Scene recollection seems to be fully unlocked)

Edit: Looked on VNDB and it says extra chapter is included only in latest japanese anniversary edition, this thread has official english release, which is missing this extra chapter.
