I am too old to care what people think about what I play. I play a variety of games. Some of them are adult games

I think the only thing that keeps me interested in this game is the story. Now grant it, it's not like God of War story telling but it does a good job of keeping me interested. The voice acting is good.

Now like you mentioned about the pandora system. They have all these scenes which most of them you have no control of. You are basically just watching a gif play out. Some of them offer a way to increase the speed and a cum button. But other than that, there is no option to view the scenes from different angles or nothing. The number of mantic scenes is pathetically high. That there is no point in doing the space or ground combat mission that you can do by scanning different planets. I don't care about tentacles or machine gun vibrators. It just doesn't interest me. So yeah, on that front it's disappointing.

Now the combat is okay, but I found only in short bursts. Only doing a few of them at a time and stopping. Or else you are going to be bored to tears.

The game is okay. But if I am being honest. I enjoyed the Being Adik chapter 9 update more than I did this update.
Yarp. I only play a cpl/few hours at a time. With probs at least a month between plays. I'm no where near current on quests and such. But I actually do enjoy the combat stuff, ground and space. But only in moderate doses. I'm not nearly nostalgic enough to grind this like I was playing a JRPG.

As for BaDik. Haven't touched it and wont. I abandoned that dev when he thought it was a good idea to have you pick which LI burns to death in his last game.

I don't agree with you if you think MGQ isn't better than subverse.

I know MGQ is not a masterpiece of gameplay, it's a really simple turn-based RPG, but at the very same time, Subverse is also very basic compared to other "non-porn" games sharing a similar gameplay.

However, story-wise MGQ completely crush subverse. Characters are far more likeable, story is way more powerful and a lot of scenes have way more impact.

It's pretty common to hear from MGQ players that they came for the porn and stayed for the game. I don't think Subverse will ever achieve that.
I actually am. Which I was surprised to find. But only in smaller doses every month or so. But then, I got it for free from a friend, so I'm getting value for my no-money even though I'm disappointed as fuck in the porn side of this game.

Actual NTR - no?

Based on F95 definition? Sort of?
(female characters vs monsters / femle characters vs female futa characters scenes in Pandora)
Based on F95 definitions, no. Period. Cause there ain't sweet fuck all cheating with the *intention of inflicting pain and humiliation of the cuck*. All ya like to forget the ACTUAL definition, and conflate it to mean anyone/thing even looking at a LI as NTR.

Skyrim has several mods, that add sexual content to the already existing storylines. For example, you have a questline for Serana, which is connected to Dawnguard expansion progress, where you get to romance her and then fuck her. The same goes for School of Winterhold, Companions, etc. Then you have the characters as sexual partners. You can either ask them for sex or they do if you haven't slept with them for some time. The biggest one is called "Amorous Adventures". There is more mods for individual quest "expansions". You can also have children with NPCs, and some of them even have related quests. There is plenty of mods, that add all things sexual in a very organic way.
Yes. Mod. Meanwhile this was a dev house integrating it from the start. Not a modder shoehorning it into an existing game. NOT same same.

a game that won't work on my pc is not worth buying even if it's subverse ... sadly for me i am not going to buy a new pc worth +10k$ to run this game .
My comp isn't new. At all. Got it probs near a decade ago. It runs it. Easily. Tho I did literally tell the guy I wanted a comp that will laugh at game regs for years to come. And it does. Only recently have games started to drop that it can't handle. Mostly because they want more RAM than I have.

And my comp didn't cost 10k. Just 3.5.

In his previous game a fire breaks out in the house you're living in with the LI/s. I can't recall if both lived there or one was over visiting at same time. You only get to save one of them. I deleted the game immediately and will never touch stuff made by someone that pulls such a douche-knuckle move.

Sometimes this game feels way too repetitive. At this point i'm just waiting for Blythe to join the crew before playing again.

Whatever Bro.. for my looks the same shit
I get it, but her design is also a satire on the loli trope. That's why they gave her a triple digit age and a giant drinking belly xD

Based on how the story's going, you may not be waiting that long :D

Very lazy question--are ship upgrades implemented in this update? I like to think they'll play a bigger role in making the game more dynamic.

Still pissed at them, at least I see this game is still around. Sadly not worth a $ of my money so a f95 might get me to at least try it. Even with the sad lack of adult content considering the size of the game.

Also I'm mad cuase I supported these people, with the promise of a porn game, and the serious hype of it being a porn game. Then the pre release hit, realized we got japed as there should be tiddies all over in the and there isnt. I mean how about a froggen lewd outfits with boobs hanging out n shiz. But nope mini scenes and very few of them, locked behind a grind fest giving you serious blue bbs.

None of the games mentioned seem better than Subverse (even in it's unfinished form). For me. And if Subverse porn content looks disconected from game to you - I don't understand how Skyrim with porn added is enjoyable to you as porn content is completely unrelated to story. Visual novels are not even actual game (unless it does have some game mechanics) - just a digital porn novels with pictures.
You're of course free to your opinion, but I personally would seriously question your taste if you hold Subverse to such hilariously high regard, especially in its incomplete form. For what it's worth, you're also in the minority as Subverse has had very divisive reception even from fans of Studio FOW (like myself) and has a pretty distressing score on steam, while games like Monster Girl Quest alone have a massive and fanatical following with deep community support.

Firstly, I said good story OR gameplay. Secondly, it seems you actually never modded Skyrim with erotic content based on your opinion, as the best mods and many mods in general seemlessly blend sex with the rest of the game and quite a few popular ones have their own storylines and/or incorporate their content into the game's general worldbuilding. Others allow you to solicite others or be solicited based on various factors like arousal (which itself can be based on what you're wearing and doing), relationship points, and even sexual preferences. Same for rape, with some NPCs never raping due to morals and others only doing so when aroused enough. There are mods that can incorporate this into defeats as well, while others add fertility and love cults that reward you for having sex instead of treating it like a bad end or punishment and have related questlines.

They can very much be seamlessly incorporated into the gameplay and story, and Skyrim itself is already a fun and expansive game with a ton of customization options because of mods.

That's without going into the "for fun" mods like devious mods which can trap chests and doors to apply cursed bondage gear to your char. Even modded Skyrim makes Subverse look like a joke.

Visual novels are indeed games and there are a ton of them on this site. Subverse itself is basically a visual novel--are you even aware of that? Like, are you being serious right now?

Look at this shiz lmao:

My friend, your're nuking your own credability. For what it's worth, MANY visual novels have game elements and more than a few aren't shallow wannabe ones like Subverse uses. Utawarerumono's grid combat, one of many examples, makes Subverse's grid combat look like a 4-year-old's first coding project, especially the newer games, and it is most definitely a visual novel. Almost pound for pound, Utawarerumono is presented almost the same as Subverse (but is a much better game all around) and it's VEEEEEERY obvious that's the kind of (extremely popular) ero game Studio FOW was looking to emulate for obvious reasons. You're deluding yourself if you think otherwise.

If you don't want to call visual novels games for whatever crazy reason despite the fact that a huge number of them have full on RPG or dating sim or whatever systems, as I already mentioned, then fine, but that means Subverse isn't a game either. That doesn't change my opinion that it still isn't very good either.
