It's not satire, there have been 1000 year old lolis for... well, a 1000 years now, lol. It's just one of those things on one really questions or thinks about. Lalafells in FFXIV look and sound like children even though they can have beards and are definitely adults, yet no one wants to think about the fact that it's very likely they have intimate relationships with humans. Same with all the other loli-races in other games that people squinty-eye at.I get it, but her design is also a satire on the loli trope. That's why they gave her a triple digit age and a giant drinking belly xD
Based on how the story's going, you may not be waiting that long
Interestingly similar is the human-form animal, like a fox or dragon turning into a human. Like, that's still basically a full on animal you just banged despite it temponarily disguisingi tself as a human. So... bestiality? Yes, no?
It's not something that's really explored enough in fantasy (in more serious works I mean, not pron, but why not pron too I guess). Interspecies Reviewers, crass as the show is and despite the fact it never takes itself seriously, does actually do a pretty great job at least poking at the more interesting aspect of how a world populated by utterly unique species would intermingle on a cultural and physical level.
I read a lot of sci-fi and fantasy and you just never see that for some reason. I think the one time it came close was a star wars book where a bothian activist was a little too prone to calling humans bigots for not liking aliens, ends up dating the human MC, and if I recall correctly her previous partner was horribly allergic to her fur which was why they broke up.
That's as deep as they went, lol.
