Game testing and feedback comes first. You don’t need to test how fast you can wank off to it.
But I do find it humorous that as much as people complained about the porn currently in it already, they’re suddenly dying to have more of it as the game updates.
People complained how 98% of the porn is completely detached from the game and exist only in gallery mode. The loops themselves while being short and uninteractive still has some good quality scenes so no wonder some people would like to see more of those. The hope for Subverse to be a decent porn game is long gone so now new pandora animations are pretty much the only worthwhile content this game can offer.
With UEVR being released those scenes can be viewed in VR as well which also adds some value to them.

And as I said before, they don’t need to add more scenes right now. There’s nothing to test there aside from now fast you can get a wank off.
And if every scene was in the game aside from devotion, what else would you be tempted with to play the thing? Pretending as though y’all bought it, and didn’t just wait for a save file with everything unlocked, defeating the purpose of it being a game.
They did hint at possibly doing VR scenes but I don’t see that occurring til post 1.0

No matter your fine arguments sir, it is inherently absurd to update a porn game without providing porn.
Imagine any other genre of gaming: football, racing or shoot'em up receiving an update to their game, with no content provided to satisfy the genre that holds relevance. At the very least they could provide new skins such as adding nipples to Demi.
I would agree with you how ever, if the game was as much a profound dating simulator with authentic characters, as it were a porn game, but it is definitely not so. The characters are all vulgar whores with puddle deep personalities, and the world itself is based off this premise.
There is nothing wrong with the game being just that, though it is a strange way to treat potential future customers, offering a lacklustre update, though I suppose they must be aware how completely obedient and abuse submitting porn customers can be.

If it was solely about the porn (which it isn’t) then I’d agree. Even so they’ve read tons of feedback regarding scene integration. And there’s plans to rework the planet descriptions and rewards. So for all we know the things y’all are crying for will happen, and they will somehow integrate 400 scenes into it. But then I don’t want to hear aaaaany complaints about seeing content you don’t like. That’s all I will say on that matter.
As for adding scenes they already have given us a decent size for each lady after Taron (hers being due to the time spent on the exponential 360 scene). Since Sova and the development strategy change, we’ve gotten notably better scenes compared to the ones before it. So I’m hoping, and don’t take it as confirmation, that the reason why they’re holding off adding the remaining Pandora scenes is that they’ve been working on getting them and the pre-Sova update scenes all up to the same standards. There’s also the matter of making sure they all function with the planned costumes and that can’t be simple either.
Your thoughts on the characters and story are subjective. But it is character-driven, regardless if you like them or the world. It’s a rebellion with sexy babes against a ruling empire that want ultimate control over everyone’s sexual desires. I’m sorry they’re not all innocent virgins for you to charm, but surely we’ve had enough of those that having sexually open ladies to build relationships with is a breath of fresh air by comparison.
DEMI is the last of her kind due to the AI purges, and instead of being treated like property like Tibold, she’s treated like a person by the captain.
Ela’s a randy pornstar who wants to fuck whatever she wants and damning the censorship her own race forces on her (a total rip on Japanese porn if it wasn’t obvious)
Killi survived the near genocide of her species (also partly thanks to Dallick who is so much more than just comic relief if you’ve seen his scene with Blythe)
I’d go into detail for all of them, but there’s so much to love about them beyond just tits and ass. That’s not even mentioning the acting all the VA’s provided. They love what they’re doing, they love their characters, heck DEMI’s VA has her barcode tattooed on her.
Regardless, there’ll not be another game like this and frankly it’s ruined other games for me. I can’t go back to non-voiced click around titles, they’re practically speedruns to hold Shift and Space toward a few loops and some pre-recorded sound effects.
We’ve only a few more months to go before the end, so we’ll have to wait and see what it’s final form has in store and what comes next.

I am not diminishing any of the work, I am simply stating that it is a game evoking at its core that it is a porn game, despite of its earnest attempts at various details. I do not think it is subjective to say that it is a porn game and people expect porn from it before a story, despite of everything else you have said. Every character is able to partake in exhibitionism able to evoke shame in the prostitutes of Sodom and Gomorra: there are abilities and enemies and jokes all heavily focused upon sex, and just now I had one of my units fire their penis laser.
Good sir, I respect your willingness to protect this game, but this is not about demeaning the quality of the facets you have promoted, it is simply to say- this is balderdash, to receive a meal with no sustenance, when the kitchen readily can deliver. That is all I will say, I hope you will have a fine day, and I will look forward to your final answer if you choose to offer it.

Can deliver yes, but does it need to at this point? They’ve already shown enough of the kinks that are in Pandora. If you’re not onboard by now I doubt the remaining scenes would change your mind.
If every other gal was sitting at 40 scenes right now, all the comments would just be asking when fowchan. When fowchan’s are added, it’ll be when devotion scenes, and when those are added, more opinions are surely gonna go down.
Also some characters are likely to have scenes with fowchan and that’s another reason they can’t add additional scenes yet. Remember they had to balance 40 scenes not just between the waifu, and captain, but with Xeno, tentacle, and lezzie/futa scenes with the other 9. They also had to factor in for what the whales asked for.
Personally I’m content to wait til the rest is just dropped on us like the biggest Christmas ever, rather than a few at a time. I remember the crap the game got on launch when it launched with less than 10 scenes each gal, and I’m sure the comment section would be no different now, even with 9 women currently to add to. So better to just hold it all til the climax I’d say.
