The game is very well-made and quite entertaining, certainly up there among the best porn games of its kind. However, while some can look past the political jabs and cultural bullshit, I can't. Chalk it up as a character flaw that I have, but I'll only be enjoying StudioFOW's animations from now on, which are no doubt top of the line.

As we all know, since the release of version 1.0, old saves from previous versions are no longer compatible with the current game.

If you've played this game before, you might find that Acts 1 to 4 can be quite tedious, and there's a lot of grinding involved.

To enhance your experience, I created this save file at the very beginning of Act 5. This allows you to enjoy the best part of the game—the devotion quest line for each character—without having to replay all 4 Acts, especially if you've been playing since the early access version.

This file contains the following features:

0. At the very beginning of Act 5, nothing else is touched
1. All (boring AF) Side quests complete
2. All planet and space combat complete (the not completed ones are locked behind a "plot lock" from either in ACT 5 or from the devotion quest)
3. All Waifu Lv 40 where you could start doing the Devotion quest right away
4. Everything lockable at the beginning of the Act 5 is unlocked, including all Pandora scenes, upgrades and etc.



STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTION

if you have a legit copy of the game, put it in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\(IDK, YOUR PROFILE NUMBER)\1034140\remote
If you have a pirate copy of the game, it COULD* be C:\Users\(IDK,your user name)\AppData\Roaming\GSE Saves\1034140\remote

1. You must run the game at least once, and pass the tutorial (optional, but this make sure you had at least one save)

2. If you have a pirate version of the game, skip to step 3. If you have a legit copy from steam, and don't have a folder in the path " C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\(IDK, YOUR PROFILE NUMBER)\1034140\remote ", you just have to find where you install your steam on your PC, It could be in any partition. You have to find a folder call "1034140" (the ID for the game) and inside you can find another folder called " remote ", then you can find your saved file. If you are not sure what to do, just search the folder called "1034140" in the drive/partition where you think you have your steam installed (not where you install the game, but where you install the steam).

3. My file is called "SubverseSaveGame002" and has no extension AS IT. Rename it to "SubverseSaveGame001", this file has no extension, just change the last digit to 1, and that it.

4.Put the file in the save folder.

I can't help you with that, I am not sure which/what the Steam emu is using, though you must at least get past the tutorial to get a save file and thus have a " 1034140" folder or else the game may not yet create a folder yet. My final advice is to search the C drive for folder 1034140

I finished the main quest, I just dont wanna grind again for every devotion level.... lol

Just gotta ask before I download this game again, are the Devotion Quest scenes on PANDORA or are they a one-time view thing when I finish each quest?

They’re cinematics, so they’re found in the tablet in the captains quarters. You can also just find them in the game files with the rest of the cutscenes of the story.

And then 1.1 will get bugfixes again and your argument will be once more that people won't upload the 1.1.1 but should wait for 1.2?

I want to enjoy a game with as little bugs as possible, so I'd rather have the 1.0.2 than the 1.1. And I think lots of people share my opinion.

Well then consider buying it. It is on sale right now.

But if not you can be patient. Waited 5 years after all, what’s another few months.

Remember that this isn’t just some small size VN that gets a few text updates, it’s an entire game. So you’re not just gonna download a 50mb update and apply it to what you have. Anyone that uploads new versions has to repack and upload the entire thing again and again.

Well there ya go. Though someone will undoubtedly be like 'can't use torrent' but there's an option at least.

This one did adjust the blythe cannon run mission, so hopefully folks can manage it now

I can't find the /1034140/remote directory in the Goldberg SteamEmu Services folder. All it has is the settings folder. What do I do to insert the save file. I don't want to fucking redo the prologue.

Can anyone make a mod for the hero's face, so that it is completely only in a mask, helmet, ANYTHING but not underwear on his head? I don't understand, am I the only one who gets annoyed by this moment? X_X
We can change more than 5 types of skin color of the hero, but we can't make a SKIN on the hero's face? What kind of stupidity is this? Okay, the developers don't want to redo the cutscenes, but what's stopping them from removing the panties from their heads in not cutscenes moments? !_!

You are probably looking at the wrong folder. Goldberg saves are usually in %appdata% folder.
