From what was said I understand there is fixed camera scenes only. Now you mention devotion stuff. I am not sure I understand what are you talking about.
I know they say they adressed the grind, but didn't see any user comments regarding that issue.

Devotion scenes will be cinematic, so no input required there. And obviously can't comment on the grind yet, it only just came out. But in the 'coming in 1.0' video, DC says you can get everything unlocked before you even finish all the gameplay.

So I downloaded 27GB for the game to go from 49 to 35GB :KEK:

Even if they changed the grind from 40h to 20h that is still 20h of grind that we have to do again. I think most people just want to be over with the game, finish the story see the added scenes and be done.
If it was impossible to have old saves work there should be option to start from last patch.

  • Download, extract anywhere and open it.
  • Click the glowing PC icon top left
  • Select the game (which is the same name as the CE file)
  • Keep current code list? Yes
  • Continue game or Start New game.
If the 3 values in CE change to the ones matching Bio/Tek/Creds in the game, gg wp ez.​
If the 3 values are ??? or a random number, it won't work.​
(you HAVE to pass the tutorial first and unlock the upgrade menu.)​

*Update 25.04.21: It's possible the game update broke the cheat. If you load it and the values are ?? or a random number it means i'm going to have to redo the entire Table.
*Update 23.05.21: Cheat Updated. Should be working on version 0.1.3
*Update 15.11.21: Cheat does not work on v0.3.0, needs to be updated.
