I take it the gallery has nothing worthwhile?

I personally don't find it brings any value at all to the game. But folks who want to 'pose their waifus' may enjoy it.

I'm just more of a narrative guy - I'd prefer to see dev time devoted to adding narrative elements, improving the pandora system, making the XXX content into actual scenes / events that fit into the game's story based on the player's unlocks / choices and not GIFs that lack narrative context.

Look up the thread a bit, some folks have posted newer versions. I know I saw v0.2.1 up there, not sure about 0.2.2 but wouldn't be surprised if it's in there.

I'm not a programmer but, has anyone got any idea how to replace models in certain scenes, is it possible or the tikering around is blocked?
It would be really nice to be able to replace "waifus" in other sex scenes.

Ya the romance scenes have gradually gotten worse in CDPR games. Witcher 2 was the pinnacle and then downhill from there.

Ya, I definitely feel like they are moving far too slowly on it. I've never been one of the folks who felt they won't finish the game, but the pace is far too slow, as DC even references in the latest Dev Blog - it's good that they at least acknowledge that and say they will try to speed things up after this next update.

I'm at a point currently where I would probably buy the game for about $10 if it ever goes on sale for that amount - simply to give some support toward the voice actors (who have done a fantastic job from what we have seen) and the exceptional animation quality. I have a hard time justifying anywhere near a full price purchase, though, with some of the narrative elements that I'm not a fan of being non-optional regarding the xenos. I would have payed full AAA studio pricing for this game had it not gone that route.

You and I have gone round and round on this in the past and I posted receipts as well previously. The xeno stuff is already canon in the game. You don't have to watch the content, but it is discussed in dialogue and in the codex regarding Lily. The player doesn't get an option with that, it's part of the narrative.

And also just a clarification - I don't care that there is xeno content in the game - I'm pretty open to there being different stuff there since not everyone is into the same thing. It's just the fact that they made it non-optional in terms of the story / narrative. Lily fucks xenos. Period. It's not something the player can opt out of at any point in the story (so far anyway) - it's even referenced in the in-game codex, so narratively it is forced on the player.

You're nicer than I am being willing to do $10. While I agree that the rendering quality and voice work is really well done, the part you talked about on the xeno story stuff being shoved down the player's throat is just something I am not sure I can ever get around. Who knows, maybe I'll change my mind down the road, but right now the Lily xeno bit is just very off-putting as it should have been optionally integrated into the story based on scene selections or a dialogue / event choice. Not everyone wants to have it be solidified in the story that one of their waifus (especially for people who have Lily as their #1 and are into romance and exclusivity) is getting dicked down by monsters on the regular if the player isn't into that.
