If the queen is supposed to be the real leader for this era i assume we will fight her in the last few chapters which would be roughly around chapter 17 up to 20.

It's not even clear if she is the boss for all 100 chapters or just for this era. To keep things fresh it's better to have a different queen for each era.
Wait so your telling me this game is going to have 100 chapters where just at chapter 2, 98 more to go thats gonna take a few years for Zion to complete on his own if hes the only Developer

Particularly speaking I like to have a positive view that everything will work out in the end. It's like life, you can't truly enjoy it if you are always afraid of death.
I gave a very long shot with multiple Eras, that will take decades to finish, but I'd have no other way. Instead of creating a single game or a short series, I want to create a world that develops itself. And I can only do that with time.
+ This is not a hobby anymore, this is my job now. So if I want to keep living I need to work, and that means developing the game and series.
