Yep, there might be a few rare cases where you can let them escape in future builds (so far there's one situation that allows that) but the majority has to be killed.

It's an invasion after all and they won't just stand there and wiggle their butts if the humans don't fight back.

Leave her for last.
Hunt and roast meat and fish over all the zones to increase your max HP and MP.
Do the different ruins over the world map to obtain extra stats and the crown of the Sumer King, which will protect you from her status ailments.
There are two targets in her battle, Parafrosini herself and her relic. Make sure you are attackng the intended target, and try to get rid of her relic first. I think pommel steike works best against ir

I just went with the witch because who wouldn't? However if I recall correctly people said here that in the witch one you get +25 hp and Klemes dies in chp. 3, but in the hunter one you lose -25 hp, get some buffs and Damia dies (ofc).
