Many game devs are around here. Not everything here is bad but the majority of really annoying people must have their HQ here.I like this thread always noisy between free , paid and creator all because of game never meet the expectation
mocking between free and paid.
but it is a thread after all. varies of people can join.
but seeing a creator on free game site is somehow little awkward
t
They can. But it's not always two-sided.The Succubus can really love someone?
Lady Black-Horn is Duchess Rafflesia lover but her ambition is to became the new duchess of Leaf Clan (If I understand correctly), That's why I ask this
This error happens a lot by holding CONTROL or Z for too long, skipping the text too much.View attachment 1744075 how do i fix this?
True on both counts. Some of the best threads are the ones where the dev actively engages with the fans on it. As for the knuckleheads, also agreed. I don't know why a game this lore deep would attract some of the annoying types of fans. Many game devs are around here. Not everything here is bad but the majority of really annoying people must have their HQ here.
You explained this much better than I could have. There's always going to be piracy here, but it's not entirely a bad thing either. The truth is because of the games being available, the userbase here is much larger, and many users go on to buy games or sub on patreon for the games they like, and would not have found otherwise. These types of games aren't exactly mainstream, there aren't going to be reliable and trustworthy reviewers out there, most of it can't be on youtube either (I wouldn't use youtube for it anyway even if you could find it, too many insecure people would derail it anyway).
I think the best compromise is it being delayed for the release here, as well as having paying players have the greater voice in shaping the game, I think it's absurd when the choosy beggars start complaining the games should be catered to them while openly bragging they'll never pay, but that's just stupid people being openly stupid. That SHOULD be cleaned up a bit when it becomes especially toxic, but some level of criticism should be allowed for nonpaying players too (albeit why brag that you don't pay and be so entitled to expect to be catered to? There's a proper way to discuss).
I've personally subbed and bought games because of finding them here and liking them. We might be the minority but these are niche games in general, and I'm fairly certain overall it increases the revenue for the devs. There's no way I'd have discovered this game specifically or played it either without this site. I haven't subbed yet (only found it a few days ago) but I probably will for this too. I've subbed to several other games in the past (I don't stay subbed forever, but I do make sure to kick the devs a good amount for a game I like).
I think the big titties, generous curves and rape play a not so little part in it.True on both counts. Some of the best threads are the ones where the dev actively engages with the fans on it. I'm working on Eden Crest. All art is done. And to be honest, I'm having a blast creating a game with 100% of the art done.
I think I'll leave behind this chapter release and only release full games from now on.
WS art is being made. We are now at the third chapter, art-wise.
With all the art done, I can envision the game, gameplay for each girl and so on, and create, focusing on that game in one go.
For example, I wrote all the text for 11 girls in one month.
So, I think I'll wait for all the art for WS to be done before touching it again.
Yeah. I'm still considering the whole thing.not my business to say this, but I really hope you won't abandon chapter releases.
first of all, the first game of SC isn't ready yet after almost 3 years. You can't build a proper fanbase in this field, especially in the west, where you don't put out something big at least once a year.
secondly, your main income comes from Patreon. All devs from Patreon put out gradual releases so users don't come and pay for one month, after which they just leave. It's just not profitable. Sure, you can put the games out on Steam, but the income might be underwhelming.
I have stayed your patron because I support your dedication, your hard work and was looking forward to a release every 3-4 months. It's ok if things get delayed, development hiccups tend to happen sometimes.
Maybe I misinterpreted and you were referring to leaving behind the chapter releases for WS, not for SC too. In that case, I'm sorry.
Well, I think that if you release complete games only you should do at least 1 SC game per year and maybe 2 or 3 chapters of Warlock Saga, because to in my opinion you should focus only in 1 or 2 projects at the same time, the comics are great and all but everyone here and Patreon are for the main series, and sorry to said it but the first SC game should be done already.Yeah. I'm still considering the whole thing.
If I am indeed going for full game releases, I have plans for it. Like releasing small games between major series.
But we shall see. I'm still thinking about it.
It's what I am doing now.Well, I think that if you release complete games only you should do at least 1 SC game per year and maybe 2 or 3 chapters of Warlock Saga, because to in my opinion you should focus only in 1 or 2 projects at the same time, the comics are great and all but everyone here and Patreon are for the main series, and sorry to said it but the first SC game should be done already.
I understand your situation and sadly you can't do the art yourself, but other devs have that problem, they focused on so many projects at the same time and not complete any of them.
Personally I prefer chapter releases, but that it's your decision, good luck.
