There were more important things to do than having a full recollection room. Since the incident with the artist it's uncertain when chapter 5 for SC will be ready.

you're saying a 'full' recollection room, does that imply there is a recollection room in the game with some girls but it doesnt have all of them?

Download the game from OP to get chapter 1 - 4, all in one.
You need to find five fragments of the dream stone in the dungeons. If you have all of them head to the mysterious angelic ruin and you can enter. After that go to the tent in your tribe and sleep in your bed.
