Seems it's for that optional area with the roaming succubus, has a blue portal to one of those succubi who I presume are made by the God of Gifts from the main series, much like Argeia or Drita.
Though, it would of been far better if there were more choices to pick like a titjob or face sitting tail drain, anal, etc if the underling of such a high level demon is chilling in the void there letting you pick your poison.

There's still one last update for this game.
But if you know Zion, at best, he's absolutely the worst at time management.
