He won't work on SC anymore because of reasons Zion already explained. There's a new artist now who already did the graphical stuff for chapter 4. So we will get the first taste of change in November or December.
Hopefully it fits very nicely. I checked some of the new guys work and it looks good but how good it will look when we play the game I can't tell. I'm speaking about the moment when you still have the old artworks from Kain in your head and then you see how the characters look now with the new artist.

This gives me some bad reminisce memories from past games when the artist either left on his own, had troubles with gamemaker or simply because didn't feel like making art for the game so they have to look out for another artists which artstyle was too western or something like that :/ sooooo unfortunate kain art wont be seen no more!
super mega quick edit: and if its gonna be one of those things ´´sorry but we must remake everything from scratch so it fits the whole new art´´ then development its gonna be non-existent from this very start point so big yikes if that is the case or may be ;(

I keep randomly encounter this bug: "Cannot read property 'setDimensions' of null", anyone know how to fix it?
Not quite the same if kain is a 10/10 this guy might be a 6... i mean he clearly knows his stuff but kain had a much more refined style and i can't stress enough how skilled he was with curves and thiccness also i don't know shit about drawings and art in general but it's clear they used two completely different style, they have nothing in common.
I might sound like a broken record but in kain case you couldn't tell where the art began and where it ended because he used a digital approach, this new guy use way too much lines and you can tell something is off, the characters will look plane and stale compared to the og art.
