Please read my review Zion of Olympus, I hope my approach was fair but firm. I have been watching this game with interest since it was birthed and I do not want to see it die.
hey guys, i read sth about siding with the incubus, however until end of ch.3 i have never encountered him. does that have sth to do with siding with the witch or is he located in some hidden area ?

I'm going to act on a "temptation" here. But not necessarily the "good" kind and give my opinion on the concept surrounding the main threat, the "succubi" of this game. I think this concept of a succubus is very interesting, but will also say that I do not see them, in a literary and technical sense, as succubi. I have read from the dev somewhere that they are more like life sucking parasites. I only state that I am aware of this because the title of this game, to me, is misleading. And as much the dev said these are not monster girls, I somewhat find them as such ironically, because they kill you unforgivingly and viciously. Lore, story, and world building is really what drives me to games and I feel really compelled to say my opinion on this aspect of the game...and that is the story is wonderful with world building that is not even slightly attempted by most porn games on the market. Which unfortunately, I have to shy away from this game itself, despite extensively reading up on said lore, due to one simple and incredibly frustrating aspect of the lore...you die from having sex with them. My reasoning is below.
TL;DR: Because you die from a sexual encounter with a parasite, I find it a sexual turn off, and thusly, find no reason to really enjoy the sex scene itself. It feels more like one-off, non-canonical fap material. I'm more of a fan of setup and world building, so this isn't my cup of tea. It is because of this I do not feel they are true succubi, but to the devs credit, was the point and they are more like parasites. I find it incredibly frustrating you cannot at least survive an encounter with even one of them and I really REALLY wish this concept didn't exist in the lore, as the concept of them, other than the fact you die from them, is incredibly interesting and a turn on. But this is your game, you make the rules, and I'm not gonna be that guy that tries to force it to change. I just wanted to share my frustration on this. I don't necessarily "hate" the game or lore in anyway and I want that to be made clear. Having distaste for something, and becoming a hater of something is two completely different things. If it came off more in the "hater" way, I sincerely apologize. I did not judge my opinion based off of gameplay, but only off the lore. I may attempt to try out the game to see how it goes, though.

At the end of chapter three, after beating Parafrosini, you have to face an army of demons with the Hammerfall Tribe.
You are given a choice: face the army with the Hammerfall warriors, or ask the God of Gifts for help. Choosing the latter leads to you meeting the incubus.
well I agree with some parts with you actually I see in the same way but if you didn't see the scene with the imp I recommend you to, the last time I played she was the only succubus who doesn't kill you but it maybe have a negative impact in the future.
If you win the battle, you can have sex with the Succubi and banish them before things go too far and they use their Drain and kill you, so not every sex scene involves a Game over. Just indulge in the first ad second time you are given a choice and use the Flames of Adalon the third one.
Obtain all the fragments of the Dream Stone, scattered through the first chapters, and when complete it will unlock an angelic ruin in the map with a small angel kitty inside.
Take it to your tribe and sleep; the cat will unlock a dream world that works as a gallery to replay the scenes. But it only has the enemies from the first two chapters; it will be updated in the next and final chapter.

Question, I am stuck at the Frozen Summit, I talk to the Guardian and after that there is nowhere to go. Tried fighting all the Angelic Juggernauts but they are all disabled of power and I can't go through the front door.
there is room to improve if devil-v listen to the community and start getting some advice from Kain, i mean... it wouldn't hurt to get some since you are taking his place

Ahh thank you. Was confused because the stones blended in with the snow and the event puts you right in front of the door making it feel like we were intended to go right through.

who will tell you where to go next? opened 18 succubi (the last one was where in a mushroom loka jumped over the stones) behind it there is a kind of hole in the wall but closed by plants (he also brought the barbarians to his loka and built a house for them. I also went to the tower for a sword with a girl.

IIRC you need to go talk to the barbarian (buff ones) chief to advance the story into chap 4
Did you do the witch hunter quest? Whoever you side with in the quest breaks the barrier.

The new artist did a fantastic job. It's just different than the old art but the quality is definitely top notch still. It's unfortunate of course because we're used to the old art. I think someone mentioned that it looked more "cartoony"? I'm not an artist myself but I believe that's because the old art used very thin lines or suggested outlines. The new art uses thicker lines which can attribute to a more cartoony vibe.
I'm not sure if the idea is for the new artist to mimick the old style or not though. Either way, I'm not too fussed. I still think the art is stellar.
