To be fair, it's horrible even for a MTL. I believe the demo was also MTLed, but it was leagues better. In particular, cards actually did roughly what the MTL said they did for the demo.
My initial point is the same I always make for people complaining about mtls, it's right there for you to see on the front page most of the time, so you know, you don't waste your time?
Yeah, there are permanent debuffs in the game. You can deactivate them for a time under the special options. Some battles turn near unwinnable if you fall for the seductions. You can still win with a high level and a good deck, but most often it is the smarter choice to not fall for them if your deck is subpar.
Yes. If you want to see all possible scenes, you will have to lose. Sometimes under certain conditions, beg or get a certain condition. The game has a replay option, meaning you don't have to throw actual battles for it. You can simply do that later.
The black knight is an advanded summon, for which you have to sacrifice another monster. Meaning, you need one on the field to be able to summon the card. If you are familair with Yugioh or similar card games, it's the same principle. 5-6 stars = 1 sacrifice, 7-8 = 2 sacrifices
I assume you mean the slime girl. Early deck should be a warrior deck. Spend your money on the packs and transfer out weaker monster. As long as you don't constantly fall for enemy monster seduction, the battle should be easy.
