I don't even think I was the one who added that tag... but my best guess is because the game's gameplay is loosely based on FNAF. My previous game Nights of Temptation's gameplay resembled FNAF a bit closer, but I kept getting feedback that it was too hard, that's why in this game I changed up the mechanics a bit to make it far less stressful than an actual FNAF game.
Definitely mislabeled if true, then. The "parody" tag on this site is supposed to refer to a game using established characters or settings, such that they would try to defend them from copyright strikes by claiming it's a parody under the Fair Use doctrine, rather than the proper definition of "parody" as a humorous or satirical work inspired by another.
Yup, not counting variatons, for example the first scene with Mika has a footjob and handjob variations, the witch scene has fishnet and bare feet variations (the dialogue varies slightly too), etc.

btw the fact that the oni in the prison doesn't have a riding/cowgirl/amazon animation scene is a sin (same with the cowgirl I guess)
Not really, anyone on the "free ride" can click on the patreon link and see if there is a new update. And if those "free ride" people can’t wait then they will drop that 5 bucks to access this new content. If they don’t, they probably are not THAT interested in the game.

Are you sure? Every time you leave the room you start from she gets 1 strike closer to attacking. So for example you leave the room to take care of the racoon girl, that counts as 1 strike, and if you go back to that room, and then leave to do something else like taking care of Krampus, that's another strike. At that point you must not go back to the room before addressing the Siren, because she attacks on the 3rd strike.
