The Patron edition has built-in cheats. The game does have a built-in console too, accessible via the ~ key, and there's modding documentation that lists tons of functions and methods, so you can go with that too, but I'm loathe to help people cheat easily when I'm basically pay-walling that.
That said, after the first couple of story chapters you'll probably have more money and ingredients than you'll know what to do with, as the economy gets pretty whack after a while.
Sort of. The renders were never planned to have outfits. Other than that, both art styles feature CGs the other one doesn't, but there wil be no further renders, while I may add further drawn CGs, but I also don't think the renders are really incomplete or anything.
Does the choice of action during a sexual encounter matter for anything other than the text? It's unclear to me if there is an intended/optimal gameplay loop inside of a scene, or if it's all just preference.
