After getting to sleep on saturday waking up being again a saturday if ignore it jumps you to school infirmary and again put out a bug code, it goes in an infinite loop, can't get out of it.

Yeah i just tryed to reload save before the bug in lilys room , that puts you in infirmary, after ignorigh. You can interact with Lara at that point, but if you do it, it makes the third bug with the loop. You can't interact with her and just go home to sleep. Then you will normally awake on sunday.

Edit: Download from dev's itch.io. The version in the OP is a bugged game.

I doubt that is what they meant, they most likely mean after using the save you provided if there is a way to change the name. Since it just results in an error if somebody tries to use their own save
