the in-game walkthrough right now is inaccurate, not reliable (it's a new feature afer all, so it's not polished)
the good thing is that next update we will finally have the text background work properly

A shame, I liked the game but nothing works in the update. I'm guessing it's because of the rework and I'd need to start a new game, but that's the death toll for any game. I'll look back in if it ever hits completed status.

probably because they have been reworked, they are still there in the gallery marked as (old) and obviously u need to play the new ones to get them, as for new scenes there are some, new event 1

maybe go to the pc and press debug or compile and input the code again, play again if not, there is a button to unlock all gallery anyways

Debug did nothing, the unlock doesn't work, and as I said "play it all again from scratch" is the death flag for a game.

forget about dubious saves, just start the game, go to the pc and input the member code
then u can try the compile button, that's to make older saves compatible, if not, just play
also downloading other' saves is like having sex without protection, it can be fine or an std
or just put the member code and unlock all (i haven't tried myself coz it could break the game for what i have heard, but in your case, nothing to lose)

Where does the game save files btw? I checked in Appdata>Roaming>Renpy but there's no folder with the game's name.

oh but if u mean the persistent data (on pc, no idea on phone) it should be (normally) C:\Users\Yourname\AppData
either in local or local low, u need to be able to see hidden folders
