Yep, full sequel. I haven't finished the first game yet, so not entirely sure how the plot works.

In addition to rf96's question, does the game continue from where first one ends or do we need to corrupt her again from prude to slut?

From what I recall reading this one she is doing the corrupting opposed to her being the one corrupted
