There will be lots of wardrobe malfunctions, especially with anything athletic. Serena is pretty durable, but her clothes aren't. There will be spots where some outfits can't handle the wind well and more than a few times where water of some sort gives everyone a peek. When her clothes get to the point where she can't wear them she'll get loaned clothing that will either be to big to stay on properly or too small for her physique to keep closed.
I've done mods for my games, put together personal projects for friends, and used to edit together mugen characters back in the day. This will be the first full game I've done that will get distribution. I'm usually a very private person when it comes to my created material, but when [R]Nest skipped out on people who were giving him about a thousand bucks a month it set a fire under me and I needed to turn my hope and rage into something I could share.

Unless a character is super important I'm not making individual cutscene models for them. In cutscenes most of them will be represented by shadowed models (like the unrevealed criminals in a Detective Conan episode, if you're familiar.) That keeps the focus on Serena and saves time when it comes to putting scenes together.I just gotta say this is fantastic! Have you considered having her pose with other people? That makes sense, I imagine a few body types and a name change would be the way to go, but even just a name change is completely understandable. There was so much that felt unfinished in the first game, and just the way you talk about it shows it’s in good hands.
