You only gain "succubus levels" in this game. And yes, sexual activity is how you level up, fight is usefull only for the loot. But succubus skills and the buffs from the contracts help in battle too.

you can seduce someone in school, street or tent of orc vilage.
i'm not sure you need low sanity or high lust.

search this thread and you can find location of pictures.

Great save, but still not complete: Lesson teasing has 3 different scenes, you only unlocked one of them

I got 3 of the 4 photos, 1 near Eve's entrance, 1 near the portal and I in the city. Could anyone tell me the location of the last one photo 3/4?

They meant where you meet Eve for the first time, somewhere on the first floor of the Dungeon if memory serves correct.

Then you missed it. On this picture (from your save) you can see there are 3 variants of lesson teasing:



So you only saw the Commando/Thong one, but you did not try doing this in Pantyhose and LAce Underwear. BElieve me it's worth a try
