I suppose at the very beginning, I am missing some internal conflict in the protagonist. Maybe if there were more moments of hesitation, realisation and subsequent humiliation. What point in the game did you enjoy most?

Yeah, Catherine has a very weak creepiness radar, which is a little too convenient for some of us true slowburn corruption enjoyers. If IO had to be more clever and subtle to work around Catherine's defenses the story would be better off.
Favorite moments
it's been a while since my first playthrough, and I usually play drunk for the immersion, so memory's hazy, but... I like the outfit reveal early on (though like I've said elsewhere it's an over-big over-early jump).
I like her "negotiations" with IO when the horny is coming from inside here brain (esp. the one where she proposes to go topless).
The chuds are endearing and lovable, so anything with them is great. Plus their "something something social contract; don't ruin a good thing" ethos is peanut butter to Catherine's conditioning jelly. On the other hand, I can't wait for the lower sewers, where the chuds will be less gentlemanly.
The cut-ins where Catherine pulls her cleavage and otherwise shows off are very nice.
I just really like the ero-bar atmosphere where everyone's feeling good and steering towards sex instead of away from it, but also feeling embarrassment and trying to maintain some plausible deniability.
So if I had to pick one, it'd probably be
the first moment Catherine encourages the chuds to perv, even though I can't remember the details at all.
Random ideas
The cum-related scenes are all hot, every single one, but I wish there was more cum-wearing and verbal encouragement, for variety's sake. Cum on clothes, in panties, on cleavage is chef's kiss.
There's also great potential for technology-enabled body control: imagine Catherine's got a brain chip in the motor cortex and IO, or a coworker, or even a chud could make her grope herself or say various things. And it's not technically willing, but she's coming back for more the next day... Ah! Inshallah, if not this game then another one.
I still think the table-waiting with security feels like a bunch of clicking and waiting on autopilot and the ero is good but not as good as the rest of the game. I think part of that is the game puts messages in the upper-left actions log, which takes time, and then fades poses, also taking time, instead of doing them at once and a bit quicker.
I also like the economic/management play, and wish it was a little more involved. Maybe something where the other rooftop denizens are directly messing with us, and we have to manage/counter that, or something related to chud-cyborg management and relations. The edicts system of Karryn's Prison would be good homework to copy here. But maybe all that would be too much for Succum Brewery, and take away the focus from everything that already works so well...
