Many links/mirrors are just like a highway, if too many people drive at the same time, the highway will become jammed or even collapse.
If the authors found out, what would they think? It will be definitely not a good thing anyway.

edit: i was just having a bad connection and it was just a coincidence. Yep the Suisei link is not playing or allowing download
