Is there a longer version of the Ellen Joe alt for animation 68? The one I found cuts off rather abruptly, and the original Fubuki version of it seems to be a full two minutes longer or so. Though perhaps that's normal for alternate characters with this artist, I'm not really familiar with them.

edit: wait does Sugardust even make the character alts themself, or are they just made by fans using the scene data?

Sugardust has a few charcater alts marked as "EXTRA" but there are a lot of people using their Scene Data for different characters
