It's automatic. You don't need to do anything. Simply unpack it, and when you launch the game, a CMD console should appear. Just wait, the game will launch and from now on, the text will be automatically translated as in the fly. If it doesn't work, you can rename the game folder. BepInEX sometimes doesn't like Japanese characters.
argh yeah i'm having the same issue - it doesn't seem to be working and i'm certain that i've extracted it into the right folder
the cmd console that you mentioned doesn't seem to appear ? i'll give my pc a reset to see if that changes anything
Anyone found a way to get the girls to walk outside naked (besides the cave). Something like the toggle in the first game?

Yeah nothing pops up when starting the game for me. I feel like a lot of these configs from github don't always account for different laptop models and hardware. I have an HP Victus and sometimes my settings seem to have issues with certain programs from github. Let me know if works for you or if you end up doing something different. I'll return to this thread after dinner hehe. : ))
weird, i tried it again and no cmd console still - renaming the game folders looks like it didn't help either

the save at least lands me straight to the loli that lets you unlock everything lol

Are you sure all the files are in the game's main folder?
It should look like this:
As for Japanese characters (and other special characters), the game path should generally not have them.
