It is called Galactorrhea, and there are actual hormone-mimicking drugs that can make women lactate without getting pregnant. Also, it is not only caused by hormonal imbalance, there are lots of other cause for it too.

If milk secretion occurs without pregnancy or childbirth, it is recommended to see a doctor, as it may be a sign of another health condition that requires investigation.
