Go to the game thread SUMMER - Countryside Sex Life, it's mostly translated there. Check the translators notes spoiler in the opening post for info about why some parts aren't translated.

No JoiPlay doesn't work for Unity games, you need a official Android version made to play them on mobile.

Again the game got a full game thread here, but that official English version can be hard to get working too. The fan translation is pretty good though, and they also modded out the locale requirement...

That was over two years ago. The game thread is here with the official English game and DLC is here, and look here if you have trouble getting it to work.

There is a thread in cracking for the official (Japanese) Android version, but I think the only link that hasn't been DMCAed there still has the DRM. Unless you have a working Windows emulator you (effectively) need a official port for Unity games.

And again the game thread with the official English Windows game and DLC.
