nope i'm a fan of the game and just post updates
So I really don't get the point of the story, I mean on one hand you have the MC that finish his studies and goes crazy bedding various girls because he can't get his ex out of his mind. Now he get sorta stuck in a mess with several girls, and simply one of them got pregnant, until that point I was okay I can sorta follow that train of thought but what follows is where it really lose me, his imaginary friend took a life of its own and now the MC got a second personality based on said imaginary friend... okay its over the top but I can still sorta get it... but this last chapter... now we discover some crazy conspiracy, for some reason some rich woman decide to mess with the life of a girl that came to get work from her to produce some ASMR, why?
Because she wants the girl to do proper porn? Is it really worthwhile to go to the lengths she obviously went to achieve that outcome? By the end its like she is personally messing with the MC, why? He is a nobody why would she waste so much time and resources to screw him over? Its non-sense of the highest order. Also it seems somehow every characters are connected and like half of them are also connected to that rich woman to the point it seem she is manipulating everyone of them to either join her studio or to mess up the MC, either way its non-sense.

He hurt her? How the Hell did he 'hurt her'? She is some rich woman, he is supposed to have been pretty much a loner with the exception of Mia his entire life until this summer, also if he had 'hurt her' wouldn't it be someone Mia know? Which doesn't seem to be the case. Urgh it seem its another idiotic case of justifiable evil that nowadays every villains have, even if in this case the background of the MC really doesn't mesh with that stupidity.
Seriously I feel like the Dev decided after Chapter 5 to to make a completely different story, and instead of making it a different game he decided to tack it on to this game in the most absurd way possible. So now you have two antagonists gunning for the MC, his imaginary friend, and some rich lady mastermind that seem to have pretty much plotted everything he did this summer in the background, either of them being pretty much non-sense.

The story went from being a pre-college summer romance story to a revenge spy movie. The transition makes no sense at all.
And another thing: MC drinking the champagne makes no sense since he is kind of suspicious of the blonde, according to previous choices.
I liked the first half, but not so much the second half. I hope the rest of the chapters make more sense, because right now this is horrible mess.
I'm like 5 mins into the first time playing this, havent even left the party and this is one of the worst MC's Ive ever seen. Jesus christ.
Can I... shoot my self in the face to get rid of the alter-ego? and then, maybe, move to another city to get rid of ALL of the girls and start anew? FFS, everyone in this VN is disgusting

You almost have it, but you seem a little confused. I'm not the dev, so I can only explain what's been revealed so far. In other words, things could still change, but here's the rundown.
Lina was hurt by the main character in the past, and now she wants revenge. The exact details of how he hurt Lina have yet to be told. All of the women that the MC has had relations with are tied to Lina. With the exceptions of Mia and Chrissy, the women have been trying to manipulate him. The ASMR detail was a way for the author to tie Mia to The Studio (owned by Lina) without having her doing porn. I really don't think Lina cares about getting Mia into doing porn unless it might help her get back at the main character.
Fren isn't just an imaginary friend. He's another personality that the MC has (think Fight Club, if you've seen that). Mia talked about how the MC made up Fren to be the cool boyfriend for Mia that he thought she deserved.
I don't have any problem with the story. I Just like tò know if It Will be possibile tò end with both twin at the end of the game.
I love just them and Mia so if It's useless ending with both i'll Just play being invested in mia and don't waste time in something impossible.

As I mentioned in another message, how the Hell did the introvert MC that was pretty much a loner except for Mia found a way to hurt some rich woman he clearly didn't know before and that somehow his best friend never known about either? Its non-sense, also when I ask a question like this, its not meant to be a question to you, so much as an existential question, I don't question you, I question reality as stated in the narrative, I don't expect an answer I merely state confusion by venue of a question not meant to be realistically answered by anyone but the Dev but still stated more as a mark of exasperation.
Like I also mentioned in another message, basically its as if after Chapter 5 the Dev decided to create a completely new and different story, but chose to tack it onto his existing story no matter how much it doesn't make sense to be there to begin with, the MC is like 18 years old, fresh out of high school, before heading to college, how can some rich, adult, likely at least a decade older seemingly woman got hurt by the MC badly enough to arrange some nonsensical revenge plot over a nobody?
Its bullshit, no matter how the Dev stupidly swing it, did she somehow babysit him as a toddler and he peed on her and she swore eternal vengeance over that?! Neither him nor Mia recognize her, so for the MC to have hurt her it would have required it happening LONG ago, so he'd need to have been a lil kid at least, and if you as an adult swear eternal vengeance over something a lil kid did, you are too insane to be a functional human being.
It doesn't matter what sort of idiotic 'justification for being evil' the Dev try to pop up for her to keep her being somehow a LI, its stupid. If you don't question the fact this story has turned into utter non-sense in the last chapter you clearly lack some common sense yourself and are far too willing to let 'the Dev write the narrative they want' no matter how complete bullshit it is.
At some point their are to be limits and clearly at this point this story is visibly two separate stories melded together that don't make sense to be together, but the Dev didn't want to create new characters so he just tossed the new story where it clearly didn't work with the existing background and characterization.
