Today I'm going to start by responding to a few comments I've received after the situation that happened a couple of days ago. I'm not doing this to piss anyone off, but rather to open people's eyes.
1. You shouldn't have pandered to feminists, leftists, and reptilians. You could have gone to another platform and sold the game there.
Yeah, right. Now, I'll just pull up my pants and go to another platform. If we take the game that started it all - "No Mercy" - as an example, and then argue that it sells a million times better on third-party platforms, then, well, MAYBE it's because everyone wrote about it and people wanted to see what politicians were arguing about?
2. You made a mistake by letting someone "change the design" of your game. Awesome, dude. I played through Dreams of Desire with "Housewife" and "Neighbors" and I tolerated it. In my head, I knew perfectly well who was who and what was going on. And in my game, I only changed one line that violated the law. Yes, the stakes are lower now, but it's either this or bye-bye to the game on our favorite platform.
Taking into account all of the above, we must understand that the game can still be removed because of the name, if there is another wave of bans. Or maybe Valve will update the rules any minute and say that it will stop selling games for adults.
As for the patch. Now I can't do it legally! Well, of course I can, but no one will know about it! After all, I won't be able to post it, since it is, albeit a modification, but a modification that violates the law! Even if I didn't give a damn about the laws, in the near future, until the dust settles, I would not do anything that could harm the existence of the game.
As for the second season. I will have to rewrite the plot so that everything complies with the law. But you know, I have a feeling that one of the developers on my team will make a patch on release day and put it somewhere for everyone to see! Son of a bitch, better not get caught! I'd fire him, but then there won't be a single employee left at Wet n' Juicy... Damn Fren...
Now about the last episode of Summer Crush. I finished the opening scenes for all the characters that the main character could wake up with on the last day, and will be working on long scenes of the general plot. Here's one of the shots with the people's favorite.
