The player can reject them, and the story changes, at least in part, (for example, if the Mc goes out with her and finds out about it, at the end the player can see her pages, if you decide to reject them that option does not appear at the end since the Mc is not aware of that.)

id prefer to skip games with that kind of thing rather than be surprised at what might show up later. Out of curiosity which other girl does it?
