I thing they need a manager, not another member of the team
Their biggest problem is dividing scope of work to tasks and then tracking time
As we see they failed it. They are increasing scope consistently and don’t track it adequately
So, learn agile and basic management instead of coding if you want to help them
So I need to become a scrum master to see this updated before 2030
