Why? the next update should be around Jan/Feb and the next one after that, May/June, next one, Sept/Oct... so, no, you won't be waiting a year. That's if the Dev releases the updates every 3/4 months.

More like she's hurting herself on purpose. She's a very complex character and kind of a sanity check for the player. Most of us have already been in her shoes at least once, where someone we cared about pushed us away and we didn't understand. Yet if we are the person doing the pushing we still do it without hesitation.
They will get faster, but shorter. I personally liked the updates longer but I can relate with the other side too.
It definitely did for me. It used to be Bree>Sophie>Mia for me, but that scene put her above Sophie. Especially since Sophie cock blocks us with Bree twice!

I would prefer shorter & more frequent updates simply because all before there wasn't a lot of content, but now there is hours of playtime that they can just keep adding to.

Hello everyone,
It's time for the status updates to continue! We skipped last week's status update due to the release of CH05, which went pretty smoothly on our end. No huge hiccups, no burned computers and no delays. There were a couple of typos and minor bugs that slipped through, but hopefully those didn't ruin anyone's day or night.
We were extremely relieved to finally deliver the update to everyone. It was a long process but that's now behind us. We will still work on a 0.5.2 version with some additional fixes, but after that it's time to move on to the development cycle of 0.6! The development time for 0.6 is planned to be around 3-4 months. This update will be shorter, faster and feature main girls only.
This week we've mostly been taking it slow and focusing on the post-update chores. We've been fixing bugs and typos, polishing the game and analyzing all of your wonderful feedback. And in case you missed out on our feedback survey,

Thanks to your support, we're proud and excited to finally be able to talk about the following two topics...
RENDERING RIG
Our dedicated rendering rig has been finished and we topped it off with a current monster for rendering, RTX 4090! This bad boy will be put to work hard for future updates and we've built the rig in a way that lets us throw in another graphics card when the time is right. This will be massive once it's set up as it enables us to create content at the same time as rendering the scenes. This is something we suffered from before when the render queue built up, plus animations on top of that.
Which brings us to the next topic...
ANIMATIONS
So far we've gotten some good practice making animations with the side girls. We've learned A LOT. We're also approaching scenes with the main girls where we want to be able to make a lot of different animations. With the recent hardware acquisitions, we'll be able to create these scenes as intended! Our focus regarding animations has always been lewd and sexual animations, and this will continue being our focus.
OTHER NEWS
For those who don't know, we do monthly special renders which are voted on by our Founder and Influencer tiers. The poll for this month's special render ended today and the winner is Bree. Her special will be posted at the end of this month.
