This so-called 'problem' is just a matter of taste and preferences, nothing serious, and there actually were a few games that tried to have a few realistic MILFs like you want, but they got abandoned.
I don't get the appeal in wrinkled old women and wouldn't even bother looking their way, unless we talking about a Jennifer Lopez or Kim K. type of 'realistic' milf, but like I said, a matter of taste.
