Pretty sure last patch took a year give or take, hence the commitment. I might be mistaken though.

Looks like multiple paths so far (no major branching yet, but some decisions help you with one girl, but then you miss out on interaction with another girl).
Per the planned tags this isn't supposed to be a harem or to get a harem route, so there will be paths for each girl. So far, it is however possible to get all current scenes in a single playthrough.

Pretty sure the sex scenes so far are quite well signposted so you'll only miss them if you deliberately avoid them (there's not much yet to be fair, sex with a milf, a couple of scenes in a club and a blowjob from one of the MGs).I'll give it a go then. Sounds like it's building towards branching later down the line
or abandoned in 2025 at the latest ... unfortunately
