It might have a tag that you set to ignore. They added a feature recently where you get prompted to also ignore tags when ignoring game threads. If you checked ignore on any of the tags that Summer Heat also has, then it could explain why you stopped getting notifications for Summer Heat. (Happened to me in the Hard To Love after it got remade with that AI crap... It got tagged with ai cg and I already had that tag ignored, so the whole thread got ignored even though it was on my watch list).
