Yes please don't take it the wrong way, i don't think that you are, just this sentence. I honestly struggle for 10 min as whether or not i would write the word "dumb"and felt bad doing it. But yeah i say plenty of dumb stuff all the time too, it happen, so i figured that it would be fine and hope you don't take offence on it.
Anyway, i try to be impartial, logic and reasonable even tho i'm obviously in the "supporter camp", it's so sweetforce of you to notice

How sure are you that we will have to wait 200 more days for 0.7? I was expecting 2 months tops. They already gave us a preview render of Ms. Hill spraying us with some liquid a couple status updates ago.

Devs said they wanted the update to be closer to 0.5 numbers, so yeah, probably 6 more months at the very least . Peeps who are saying "early summer" are very very optimistic imo, feels more like late summer/September to me.
I was trying to be careful in mentioning US dollars, and acknowledge that in many parts of the world, the math works out better. Minimum wage in the US is criminally low. A full time job at double the minimum wage in many areas still leaves one in poverty here, and without the benefits of access to decent healthcare. I saw someone in another thread express it in terms of housing costs. In my area, a basic, 30-50 year old house, 3 bedrooms, 1 or 2 baths, under 1,300 square foot, can cost over $350k to purchase. And we are in the rust belt where things are "more affordable" than on the coasts (NY, Miama, LA, SF are insanely more expensive)
I've just had my first play thru, and Eve is certainly the most intriguing to me as well.

I can see few users who aren't supporting the developer (financially) but cursing him for the delay in updates.

The above post, but also every single AVN that I've supported, or bought I've pirated first, so there is that.
Filthy pirates often are potential costumers, seeing as a majority of the popular devs started here. Disregarding people's criticism just because they didn't offer the life altering sum of $2-$5 to the devs is kinda silly. The fact that someone can afford to and grandstanding others that can't support is beyond cringe, so I hope that wasn't your intention.
One of the most fascinating things about the AVN genre is that the black market is its biggest market, and so it is common practice for even fully legit* devs to have a presence here to advertise their games and interact with the fanbase. Not all do of course, some have gotten too big for their britches and forgot where they came from , and some don't like this dependence on the pirates for marketing and refuse to (publicly) show up here. I first found AVNs on Steam, played a few popular ones there including one that is a nexus for cameos, and while looking for games those cameos came from (that weren't on Steam) I found this site. Now I've played many more and still buy the good ones on Steam or itch, but I never would have found them if not for sailing the high seas.

Seriously it's not easy to tell when the new update will arrive but between End of June till August, I think is the most realistic release date.
This. After getting burned on one, I will download from here to see how it plays, then monitor update frequency before I support a dev.The above post, but also every single AVN that I've supported, or bought I've pirated first, so there is that.

Some I support on Patreon, others I've bought from Steam. If a dev only does one release a year (or less in some cases), doesn't have the game available on Steam with updates included, and has a crazy minimum membership level on Patreon, then I am not likely to support them consistently.
Idealy I'd like to see 2 or 3 updates a year. Ok, who am I kidding, I'd love to see monthly, but I understand how unrealistic that is. At 2 updates a year, I start to forget the story line and who the characters are in the game. It's hard for me to get back into a game once I hit that wall.

true. but youll have the opion to change the color of a toaster from what ive surmised. thats big news. and releasing disappointing updates is something you should be accustomed to at this point. no fun allowed, so say the devs, expect when mia rapes the mc
