Even if the update was finished and it only required polishing/testing even at that point there's still no chance it'll be released this month.. my guess is November at the earliest.

The problem lies in the poor translation, or more precisely, in the lack of code testing. In the next version of the game, the developers themselves will rework the relevant section of code so that this problem does not arise again. So, if I were you, I would just wait for the new version and translation.

replay this part and when it's finished, save, exit and reinstall everything...
Last year's update (0.6) came on Aug. 22 so your wish has already been granted.
