Status Update #59


Hello there!

The post-production work continues. We've continued editing one of the biggest scenes in the game. We were pretty nervous writing the script and screenplay, and making the renders was as tense. Editing tends to be much more chill. But there's always that voice in the back of your head whispering shit you don't need to hear, which can lead to a perfectionist slump. Fix this, change that, etc. Anyway, it's shaping up to be something we can feel proud of.

The animation experience we got from the couple of scenes with Jenni and Cassandra before helped a lot. This time however the training wheels are off as it's one of the main girls instead. This is something we're always thinking and worrying about in the background. Is it good enough? What can we do to make it better? And so on. The feeling of doubt is also something we try to avoid when creating content.

Combining everything into the final form in the game is always something that hits different too. We have a lot of material for future behind the scenes content at this point again and we're planning to include some of it in the game as a bonus in the future. Just like on DVD and Blu-Rays. You know, those round things from the ancient times. That way, it's there for those who are interested in that sort of thing.


A little list of what we did this week:

Plenty of edits to a running/sporty scene

Dialogue changes

Stared at the code

Music

SFX sync and editing

Fixed several reported pokethroughs

Android version editing


It was time for another preview, and this time it was Sophie's turn.

Wonder who that will be? Hope it's not Mia... nothing against her, but any of the other girls need some love too!
My guess is it's gonna be Kate.

I think the "moment with Sophie" we are waiting for is her on all fours getting plowed. Maybe in 2034 we will see that...
