I downloaded it, and so far I could only do the same stuff I did on the base game, new save and everything. Unless the new stuff only kicks in after the 10th day, which I assume it does not. Did I do something wrong?

EDIT: Nvmd, I'm stupid, I opened the folder of the 1.02 version instead of this new one lol

Yes. You should have the new but unclickable map button, which will only unlock after a few days. Then you can go out to new places added by the DLC.

No the official English translation is out now, so no more Japanese game with online translator installed. Depending on your PC setup maybe still some locale issues though.
