Because they aren't our love/crush/partner etc... The game is fake, the girl is fake, it's all fake. So for people like myself we just want to see as many sex scenes as possible. If the girl is a absolute slut in the process it's not a issue. There's no reason to be attached to anyone in any of these games. In fact not being attached is probably the best frame to be in.that's a good idea, si i can avoid them

The walkthrough and walkthrough mod are pretty good for getting you the NTR scenes, its just not updated as of when i write this. There are choices i wouldn't have thought lead to the NTR route but they do so it can be hard to find the right path on your own.

People come here to complain about NTR like that's a normal thing to do in this forum. I don't go to a game post clearly targeted at furries, gay men or lesbian women to complain about my romantic partners looking like animals, fucking only other men, or fucking only other women. If you don't like NTR just don't play the game.
I also wouldn't like the options to be marked in any way, that kills the suspense. In any case, that should be optional for completionists.

At least it should be optional, I don't want to spoil myself, I like the surprise, it also gives the game more replayability.

It will destroy the game if I make choices become like the walk-through mod. If I have to do that, I just need to do a kinetic novel. It would be much easier.
