This is more of a visual novel experience in 3D format so anyone expecting more gameplay than clicking on some options to change up the H animations will be disappointed.

What this game heavily improves on is the character creator, which is now coming close to koikatsu level.

If the creator gets any better there will be no real reason to use koikatsu anymore, for me at least, as the animation and graphics quality is just better.

Don't forget the performance. For a game with significantly better animation and overall better graphic, this game runs very smooth compared to koikatsu. If after the game launch someone can mod it and add more clothes and location then it will be perfect

it looks like the story mode has been officially debugged, the only thing left to do is to debug the H-mode (and its h-scenes, of course.) He doesn't know how many bugs there will be. If there are none, the game will come out at the end of the year, but he "doubts something so miraculous could happen". He'll keep us updated about the status of the game in half-december. Miconisomi doesn't think that it will "take months", so if the game isn't ready at the end of the year, we can expect it in early 2025.

The way you worded it made it sound demeaning, "anyone expecting more than ...", so I simply tried to clarify, that this game is much better than you make it seem.

Not to mention, that koikatsu is also a glorified VN. Being able to walk around in a lackluster 3D space doesn't really change that.

Miconisomi produces far better quality than illusion, as one can clearly see.

Personally, I'd agree with how you phrase that. In a way, because that is indeed the fact. Only that, you forgot to mention that the gameplay isn't really needed for this game in the first place; also the character creation/customize system and/or how this game actually fares compared to the current "NOT-ILL*Z!0N-COMPANY" (vanilla) game(the VN one), in many ways.

he also stated that there will be another update hopefully around mid-December, which is not that far. As usual, we will play the waiting game as he will delve more into more bug-squashing session and polishing before the game is worthy of release.

I've been on the look out for a LONG time, and I've tried the search engine multiple times, but none of them really do it for me but this to be honest. And it's almost mid December. GTA 6 gonna drop before this game at this rate

I think if you indeed stuck somewhere from 03~11, you could've just downloaded it. I see no issue here or there, unless you do have problems with/accessing dlsite, that is.
