Oh, so it turns out Reipatcher kills Free Mode. Removed Reipatcher and everything worked

It worked for me, thanks, Using Bepinx With Unity Translation works with the sceneario problem, but it still breaks the 3 button fuction that are located at the left (Fondle, Oral and Sex)
I tested without any translator and the 3 button works fine...

Edit: I tried With MelonLoader and Unity Translation and the same bug with 3 buttons happens, lol, so it is probably something with Unity Translation I think.

Reipatch broke free mode, so no enviroment here and chapter selection don't work too. Also i notice if you skip too rush scenes to sex scenes, then will not replay and you go back to menu, but don't know if it make game or reipatcher.
