Well, I like the drama in a vn, I prefer it to a threesome path, for example. A threesome path is something more focused on the porn, to satisfy a desire, a fetish, and I understand it, but for me, a path with drama (drama, no tragedy) is more realistic and I enjoyed it much more. My opinion.

Thanks Repuci, Cap posted this earlier too:

About Scene 7

As V0.5 has been available for a couple of days now, I feel like I must communicate a bit more about Scene 7.
Some of you have probably already encountered that scene. From the feedback that reaches me, it seems that there's a need for some more explanations.

So, what is scene 7?
Scene 7 is a "bad end". It can happen during Day 5, on the Dual Love path. Scene 7 can be a bit triggering for some and we could agree that it's some "strong" content.

Is scene 7 avoidable?
Yes. It's avoidable and with the right choices, the Dual Love Path goes beyond that.
Scene 7 seems to be a bit too difficult to avoid for some. It requires several precise choices and a lot of points with both Eve and Cassie. I'll probably tweak down the number of affection points required in a future updated release but the key choices required will stay the same.

Will there be some more scene 7 in the future?
There will be more bad ends. However, I don't know how they will compare to scene 7. I doubt that they will be as dark as scene 7 but as it's a very subjective appreciation, I can't make any promise. However, all bad ends will be avoidable, the same way scene 7 is: with the right choices.

And finally, beware of spoilers...

Both.
Right now I'm working on ui tweaks for the android port.
I have also several things to try and add to an updated version of V0.5 that I'll probably release by the end of February.
In the meantime I'm working on the outline and the scene map for V0.6. That will help me decide on how I'll split the next episode.
I don't know if someone has already mentioned it here or on your bug report page:
- If you chose to give the girls custom names and get the bad ending with Cassie, the video title is Cassies full name, not the name chosen by the player

- and there is a typo in one of your older content I noticed yesterday. And I'm sure I did a screenshot, but couldn't find any file in the directory afterwards. I wasn't able to find it again by quickly skipping through.
It was nothing major. It was the last word of a sentence and something like what should have just been "now" but was written "know". For example like: "what are we going to do know?"
I'm not sure it was that word, but something like that with an added letter at the start which made it another word.

The Naughty Captain I'm presuming that, by strictly following the love path for both Eve and Cassie, that you will naturally accumulate 70 points?
If you always choose the answers that increase affection the most, pretty much. But Eve has a pool of more affection points than Cassie, so in most cases where you have two options, one with more points for Eve, one with more points for Cassie, try to choose Cassie a bit more often. If by the end of Day 4 you don't have at least 70 points for both, you'll need to restart ( or go to a previous save), and choose better options, I don't think you are able to gain any more points in day 5 before the critical point.

1 point for Eve, then Cassie finds you and the end of the world starts.

Awesome update, thank you so much for your hard work on this amazing project, I said it before and I'll say it again. If you had an option to pledge per update, I would definitely pledge for you, but there's no way that I'm paying monthly and you provide after 8 months, I realize that you probably have a real job and all and you do this on your spare time, I'm real sorry man :(

You could always pledge when there is an update and cancel it afterward.

I know that some people will hate that bad paths have been added. I personally love it as it adds real consequences to the choices.
In general I would agree with that statement, but I think it's important that there's some kind of tangible connection between choice and consequence. In this case, whether you start the "dream" path or the "nightmare" ending eventually boils down to this:

I'm all for having to consider potential consequences of my choices, but that ain't it, chief. The butterfly effect is a fascinating theory and all, but in a game, if I don't feel like I can be confident about the choices I'm making, I tend to lose interest and end up waiting for walkthroughs or abandoning the game alltogether... Which I think would be a damn shame in this case, because this game has SO much going for it:
  • The girls are adorable
  • The MC is likeable
  • The story is engaging
  • The dialogue is well written
  • The renders are beautiful
  • The sex scenes are hot
...Just please, spare me the curveballs if you can. ;)

The Naughty Captain, could you boost MC's intelligence a little bit please? In conversations with Eve on the sex scene, MC's IQ level is approaching zero. (Eve Love Route)
