You said he does way more than a couple renders a day. All I did was show that he does about 3 renders a day. Take that however you want.

I don't get it. You can read in nearly all threads how people complaining about forced plots without choices, but when there's a game where choices matters and leads to a lot of branching people whine about development times. As if the dev could live from this game and doesn't have to work in his free time on this project.

V0.6.5...
...Has entered beta. I hope we'll be done with it by the end of the weekend which would mean a release for the $10 tier at the start of next week.
The future.
The game has been rather light on the erotism for the last few updates and that is about to change. As the night is coming, the mood is going to warm up quite a bit. Jack will have a busy night, I can promise you that.
I'm going to review my story map for the night once v0.6.5 is out, but I don't think it will evolve much. The plan is pretty much set, the question is how to put it into action. I won't be able to deliver the content of the whole night in a single update and I'll have to split it path by path, or something approaching.
I'll probably start with the "Eve Love Cluster", which contains the Eve Solo Love, Dual Love, and Weird Triangle paths. I'm not sure how much content that will represent. I have a feeling that I'll know for sure only once I'm done writing it.
I'll try to come up with a more visual explanation next week. That will help us discuss the future content.

- 16 477 words of new content.
- 2715 words of reworked content.
- 6000 lines of code.
- 496 shots are planned, 496 are posed, and 496 are rendered.
- 79 shots of reworked content are planned, 79 are posed and 79 are rendered.
- I'm currently beta testing.

Night?!?!? which night?!? He only added 2 scenes, bro - 1 scene belonging to a certain path only, so most likely you will only play 1 new scene.
Our characters had breakfast 3 years and 4 updates ago, they had lunch 2 years and 3 updates ago, so... maybe they will have dinner together, this time.
Buuuut... what did you expect? it took him 1 year for the morning events, 1 year for the lunch scenes where they meet a totally unnecessary character from another game because of a totally pointless crossover, and finally 2 years for the afternoon and evening events.
Most likely it will take him 3-4 updates and 2-3 years for completing day 6 night events.
But don't worry, we are immortals, after all, and time doesn't matter. And since some users don't get it, our arguments don't make sense.

Two scenes in 15 branches is a little bit more to do and you don't know about how long these scenes are. But do your thing. Complaining about devs who're making their project in free time seems to be the new normal here on F95. No one pays the devs but everyone is expecting a workflow of a Triple-A game studio with 100 people working on a game.

firefox flagged this as potential malware. I've had that happen before with some WT mods, I assume all is good? I used the GoFile link for Windows.
Same, GoFile got flagged as malware for me. PixelDrain shows clean though. So I deleted the one from GoFile to be safe.

That's a bold-faced lie! I supported him for years until he started to rework more and more, create less and less and become slower and slower! This game has been stuck for years and we just wait and wait and wait and wait. It's unbelievable that there are users like you who defend this slowness! Just crazy!

There was a cameo during lunch? Could you remind me who and what game? I'm not sure if I just don't remember it, or didn't know the character or game so didn't realize it was a cameo.

Let's be clear. I want that game to be completed as soon as possible too. But I don't want it to be rushed.
The numbers are proving you wrong. In the next update there is like 17k words of new content, and 2.5 k words of reworked content. So no, he doesn't rework more than he create. And honestly, even if he was, I wouldn't see it as a problem. The reworked content is way better than the original content and the rework only improve the game. You may not like it, but the story has been progressing.
If you want him to work more, maybe can you support him ? He has a day job. He would surely be more efficient if the game had enough support for him to dev Summer Scent as a full time job.
