If you are not on one of the 3 paths then yes, you won't get any content....

• This update allows you to progress on three paths : Eve Love, Dual Love, and Weird Triangle. These three paths are now ready for Day 7.
• This update also includes a reworked scene : Day 2 Scene 3, aka, the bathroom scene. Better script, better visuals, you might want to replay that one.

• New content. This update brings new content for three paths: EVE LOVE, DUAL LOVE, and WEIRD TRIANGLE. Day 2 Scene 3 has also been fully reworked.
• 21 500 words, 635 renders, 5 animations, 6500 lines of code.

It wasn't "little new content" it was literally NO new content - it ended at the exact point the one from 6 months ago did. Not working on every path at once is always bad, especially when it's so long between updates...

It's not "literally" no new content, because as you said there is content added. Just apparently not on paths you play or that isn't a rewrite of an earlier scene.

Apparently I'm on the "dom bliss" path. Rewrites of earlier scenes are a waste - not having to start over is the whole reason for saves.

I have saves for all possible routes (thanks to Steam achievements), so luckily for me there is quite a bit of content, more than enough to satisfy me for the long wait. It's only a shame there is so little new Eve Love content that isn't also in the Dual Love route.

The number of paths is being limited, and you want to introduce the next one. This would cause even rarer updates.

There are actually a few paths that haven't been introduced yet. Those last three spots aren't just placeholders.

Yeah, it's a giant tease that the pathfinder states that they are already in the game, while in reality they aren't.

Pure curiosity for me at least. I mean, when I had tried every other path in the game. But then see one called "Evil Asshole" I instantly thought, "well...how bad could it REALLY BE?...) and then I started it...And It was like watching a car crash live, I just couldn't look away.

It's literally the path that has made me say "WTF" the most, out of every AVN, with any other path that I've tried...IT'S MESSED UP MAN.

Would highly recommend you all at least take a browse at it once...and then just never again...Get yourself a little healthy dose of trauma...

I wouldn't touch that with a ten-foot pole, and the dev clearly is not interested in creating it.

That's fair enough. Curiosity got the better of me and it was an interesting experience to say the least... And I wouldn't exactly call it "masochism" if you try it out. It's just watching the MC crash tf out, and go psycho incel mode was kinda insane and interesting ngl.

And SPOILERS about the ending

It's good to see it at least once, just to confirm, even after all of that downright horrible shit the MC does, and everybody has abandoned you, and you're in prison. Your sister is still on the outside trying to support you and get you help It really does just drive home and show that she loves you rather deeply, and nothing will change that... Really fucked up, tragic path honestly...

Oh yeah for sure, that dude should maaaaaybe be on a watch list... But it is still an interesting path the Dev has added, that I think everybody should see at least once. Just to see it at least, if anything.

He already did. Thankfully it was deleted. I think.
I clearly remember there was a scene at some point that showed them breaking in and attacking Cass and Eve in one of the rooms of the house. Then there was a bad ending in which they kidnap and grape Cass in some warehouse. Years later Jack, at that point married to kelly, finds them and gets revenge. I may be a little off on the details but it was something like that.
