The dev explicitly doesn't want to direct people in every single decision. They have said that their intent with Lighthouse mode is to strike a balance between providing guidance and avoiding transforming it essentially into a kinetic novel (which effectively is what choice-by-choice walkthroughs do). I assure you, if they wanted Lighthouse mode to highlight every optimal choice, they could. But they still want some player autonomy and roleplay even with it on.
So no, not problem solved, because from the dev's perspective it would solve a "problem" in a way they don't want.

Hopefully, the last update of that kind. I hope to be able to return to my desk and PC Chan in a few days. Monday, maybe Tuesday. I still can't walk properly, and my two feet are pretty bad, but I managed to take a few steps on crutches, and that could be enough to allow me to go back to work. I can’t wait to go back to my usual schedule. At least I’ll be productive.
Because even if I tried to work from my tablet, I can’t say I’ve been very efficient. I did make some progress on scene 35, and I did write a few thousand words, but they don’t feel right to me, and I’m very tempted to scrap most of it. It’s not easy to write that kind of scene and story while surrounded by family, movement, and noise. I have no doubt that I will be able to progress much faster once I get back to the calm of my office.
The “alternative options” I decided to explore for scene 35 are a failure. I’m not sure I can salvage anything from it. It’s not completely uninteresting, but it really doesn’t fit the mood of the scene, and something feels very wrong. As I said, I will mostly have to scrap everything and restart from scratch.

I still can't walk properly, but I got enough mobility back to ditch the wheelchair, climb up those stairs, and return to my desk. Which means I can work pretty much normally again, and that is a relief.
I started the week by reviewing the things I wrote during the past two weeks.
I still think that scene 34 is good. It's 5600 words long, and it says everything I wanted.
Scene 35, however, is far from okay. Probably because I was quite feverish while I worked on it, most of the script is bad. I don't know why I spent so much time writing and rewriting some parts of it. I can't see what I was aiming for anymore, and the script was simply going nowhere. So I trashed everything and restarted from scratch. It's not yet complete, but it's already much better. I wrote about 3200 words, and I think I'm mostly halfway done with it. I think that one of the main issues of the first versions of the script was that I was going for a sad Kelly scene. And we already had many of these. I originally planned for her to get happier and healthier during day 7, but maybe she can already start her transformation. That's what I'm going for, and I think it feels far better than my original plan. She's not her happy self yet, but at least she has stopped crying. She is ready to move forward.
Next week, I hope to finish writing scene 35, and then go back to cutting scene 34 and start posing it. I should have all the necessary assets ready, and all the sets have already been worked on.
I'm also late on the bonus I owe to my supporters for the whole of August. I will take care of it on Monday.
The quick sum up :
- Day 6 Part 7 will contain 3 new scenes: scenes 33, 34, and 35.
- Day 6 Part 7 will contain 1 reworked scene.
- Scenes 33 and 34 have been written.
- Scene 33 is fully posed and mostly rendered.
- 14 737 words of new content.
- 191 shots are planned, 191 are posed, 185 are rendered
- I'm currently writing scene 35.

You can download the game from here, delete youre steam files of it, maybe keep the saves and copy the downloaded version in the folder. Thats what i did. Steam still recognizes you playing it for achievements and time.

just dont click verify files, it'll overwrite your script.rpy and revert it to default. additionaly, that'll happen if an update is released on steam. and the savegames might not be compatible between the versions if the variable names have been changed.

Scene 35
Writing is done. I've reached 5200 words, and I'm pretty happy with the scene. I think it's definitive. The ending is a bit abrupt, but I feel like it's fitting.
Scene 34
The scene has been cut and prepared for posing. I planned 187 shots to illustrate the scene, but I might have to add a few more images to that count. There are some things I want to try, and depending on the results, I might have to change my plans.
I want to do some animations for that scene, but my options are limited. We'll see if I can pull it out. Given my skills, I believe I shouldn't try to make overly complicated animations. It would be counterproductive. Instead, focusing on short and easy loops could bring some life into the game without taking too much time on the posing (the rendering is another matter entirely).
The sets are ready, the clothes are... mostly ready (I have to find some new panties for the lady of the scene), and the first 8 shots have been posed. Some parts of the scene are very static, so I have good hopes for fast progress... If I don't lose myself in sumulations and the like.

If the archive is not working for you you can run any(?) renpy game using the renpy developer tools available from
You must be registered to see the links
.Linux, Mac or Windows.
- In the "Ren'Py Launcher, open the "preferences".
- Set the renpy "Projects Directory" to where you want it on your drive.
- Make a new folder inside the "Projects Directory" for the game you are setting up. Name does not matter but I always use the name of the game app.
- Find the "game" folder somewhere inside the game app or package.
- copy that folder into the folder you made for the game in step 3
- Quit and reopn the Renpy launcher app.
- Select the game in the "projects" list.
- Click "Launch Project".
- Play the game as normal.
OP does not have link to i-patch, is there not up to date patch? When I tried this game long time ago, patch I found on other site was broken.

Captain! Where are you? What's going on?!
Hello everyone.
I have to apologize for the lack of an update last week. Turns out I keep piling on health issues.
Last weekend, I woke up sick with what I thought was a bad case of food poisoning. I let it get worse over the weekend, and when I finally decided to see a doctor about it, he decided to send me to the ER.
The ER diagnosed me with an acute gallbladder infection, and I was immediately hospitalized. They showered me with antibiotics, and I spent a fair portion of last week under morphine, which isn't an experience I recommend to anyone.
I got slowly better, however, and I'm now back at my desk.
I'm not done with my gallbladder, though. I will have to undergo surgery, most likely in November, to have my gallbladder removed and make sure the problem doesn't come back.
So, once again, my health made me waste quite some time on the development. I apologize for that. I will look into Subscribe Star parameters to pause the subscriptions for a week. This will hardly compensate anyone, but that is the least I can do.

modern artists often choose artist professions because their health isnt suited for labor.
I experienced something like this too a while ago. Not as bad as you describe it, but i can imagine a bit. I wish you a good and speedy recovery and remember without you there is no game, so your health comes first!
