I remember once managing to enter the threesome path with Eve and Cassie, but after playing again I couldn't do it anymore. Does anyone know the requirements for this threesome?

Also there are a couple of threesome paths, it depends on which you want.

No, and afaik it's still unknown if such a path will be one of the 3 remaining "secret" not yet implemented paths.

You can at least already prepare for it by staying on the neutral path. It's confirmed all 3 will be available if you're on that path at the end its currently available path.

Seeing how some of this game's paths are or have been going, it's realistically possible that the 4 will try to be a harem/polyamorous, but that it either will completely fall apart or that 1 or more girls and/or mc will exit the harem before the ending.

As long as I can keep my different Throuple versions going by the end of the game with Eve and Cassie. I will be a happy man. Never been fussed about Kelly tbh. She's nice and seems like she needs some actual friends. But that's it for me.

Nah. No reason to exclude harem if the dev is already committed to a dozen variant branches. No rationale to exclude it given the story setup (i.e., all three like MC for reasons unknown, and it's an incest game involving twins ... so realism cannot be justifiable as a cause).
